MOVE. RECONNECT . TRANSFORM.

What To Expect

This class wasn’t created to be taught. It was created to be lived.

MOVE:

RECONNECT:

Come back into your heart.

Listen to your body.

It is always speaking—sometimes quietly.

Slow down.

Turn down the noise.

Notice what's actually happening inside you.

Reconnect with your soul.

Learn to let go.

Let go of expectations.

Let go of other people's ideas of who you're supposed to be.

Let go of judgment.

Grow. Become stronger.

Gain clarity that no one can take away from you.

It comes from within.

Come back home.

To yourself & your heart.

TRANSFORM:

Who's It For?

Find Your Ground is for you if:

  • You’re craving a deeper connection to your body

  • You want movement that feels grounding rather than overwhelming

  • You enjoy music-led experiences but don’t want to “perform”

  • You’re new to movement or returning after time away

  • You want a workout that also supports your emotional well-being

  • You value permission, choice, and self-trust

  • We don't just move. We learn to be still & present.

No dance experience is required. All levels are welcome.

This space is about honoring where you are — and trusting that your body already knows the way.

Find Your Ground is a guided, music-led movement experience designed to help you feel grounded, present, and connected — both during class and long after you leave. We're not here to perform, we're here to have fun.

You’ll be invited to move in a way that feels right for you — modifying, resting, or simply listening to the music whenever needed. There’s no pressure to perform, keep up, or look a certain way. The goal isn’t perfection or to look like your instructor — it’s presence and coming back home to yourself.

FAQs

Is this a workout?
Yes but it’s not about pushing or punishing. You’ll build strength and break a sweat, while staying connected to how your body feels, all while having fun! The #1 response I get after class is "I wasn't expecting to sweat that much!"

Do I need dance experience?
No. This class is about feeling, not performing.

Is this trauma-informed?
No. The class is nervous-system-aware and invitational, but it is not therapy. You are responsible for moving within your personal limits.

How do I attend classes?
Class Schedules are update on socials here.

How long do I have access to recordings for online classes?
As long as you’re an active member.

This is the space I wish I had when I started my own journey.

After losing 30+ pounds through changing my diet and dancing consistently, I realized something:

The real transformation wasn’t just physical.
It was my energy.
My confidence.
The way I showed up in my home.

Now I’m bringing that experience online.

I lost 30+ lbs through changing my diet and dancing consistently — but what changed even more was my confidence, energy, and the way I showed up for my family..

Hi, I'm Brianne

I’ve been dancing for as long as I can remember — long before studios, mirrors, or formal choreography. As a child, my sister and I created dances in our bedroom, hanging blankets to separate our “stages,” moving purely for the joy of music and movement.

Although life later led me toward sports, motherhood, and a busy, active lifestyle, movement and music always remained close to my heart. Rediscovering dance as an adult — often through kitchen dance parties with my kids — became a powerful way to navigate some of the hardest moments of my life.

Dance didn’t fix anything. It simply created space to feel.

Today, I guide intentional movement experiences that prioritize presence, self-trust, and connection. My hope is to offer a judgement free space where people feel safe to move honestly, listen to their bodies, and come home to themselves.

I hope to see you in class.
